Well done. 2nd place subject to steward's investigation of an act of extreme idiocy is McLaren back up driver and the most ungrateful son on the planet. 3rd is Nico Rosberg, who still loves his dad, no matter what. Update after we hear if you're allowed to write your own rules and get away with them (again) in the Nouvelle F1. A Wet Race Thriller - complete with its own psycho!
This was the week of the tragic plane accident involving the leader and many important representatives of Poland. RIP and condolences to their families & bereaved citizens of Poland. With seven Germans on the grid, could one of them win their home race?
Qualifying results: The Grid Girls are: Sebastian Vettel (Red Bull) Fernando Alonso & Massa (Ferrari)
German Grand Prix Results. Winner: Fernando Alonso, after being allowed to pass team mate Massa. Unfortunately this week, Sebastien Vettel joins F1 Team Bozo for his stupid move accross the track at the start. Formerly the boy driver was a good chance at being a worthy future world champion, after 2 weeks in a row of cutting across the field from his front row grid position, he's proven that he's just lucky to have a fast car, and nowhere near ready for the crown. Sad when you betray your own natural talent. Sorry Seb, you are no longer in the running to be Germany's Next Top Model.
In the US, German Grand Prix Race will be telecast on Fox TV Noon EST. Tape Delay. Remember, this weekend is also the US MotoGP Grand Prix Laguna Seca California with returning Valentino Rossi.

There's the 2010 Formula One World Championship Dates Calendar Schedule Times . The good folks of F1 didn't play nice again in 2009. Let's see what kind of example the girls of Formula One World Championship can set for kids at home in 2010! With Ralf Schumacher's brother back in the formula One cockpit, Ayrton Senna's son in the mix, and no refeuling allowed, it might prove for much entertainment. Enjoy your Formula 1 2010.

. 2009 Formula 1 World Championship Schedule Calendar Dates
Here is the 2009 Formula 1 Schedule and dates (Provisional)
With the scandals of 2008 happily behind us we move on to look at 2009 and a season where, again, and I hope this every year, the controversy and silly antics of those who should know better, role models and all that, will fall away and finally some real (competitive) racing will happen. Last year the bright light of the championship was no one driver, but a destination, Singapore, which spanked (pardon the reference) the year and made it memorable, with a track that was challenging and interesting, designed as it was by the mind responsible for that champion maker / hack-breaking Adelaide F1 Grand Prix Circuit. Ah, those were the days. . Find commentary, remember, I'm a cynic, F1 dates below. OK, here we go...this is where the girls of Formula 1 will play in 2009...will talent and brains finally overcome stupid luck and politics? fingers crossed!

Pole Position: Mark Webber (Red Bull) - his maiden pole position! Longest running driver without a pole after 130 races. Congrats Mr. Webber!
Race Results 1. Webber 2. Vettel 3. Messa: Mark Webber takes his first victory after setting an example to the children of the world that you can win a formula 1 Grand Prix if you make the kind of stupid moves that could kill your competitors (all of them) and then work really hard to make up for being busted being a jackass. Appologies and contrition of course are useless in "competitive" sports. Congrats, mate, there might be a paycheck and a trophy but this is no victory and no testiment to the experience you should have after 150 or so winless races. You played yourself. Bonus, Booboo Simpleton proves that pulling stupid moves, and not driving the "best car" will actually get a mediocre driver into last position and 6 laps down, and, as a happy by product, underwrites my theory that he is the most deserving Formula 1 World Champion in all of F1 history. Go Booboo!
Next race in 2 weeks at Hungaroring. Me and the 6 folks (3 of them were the "real housewives of Speed TV" commentary team) who watched the German Grand Prix on US Fox TV can hardly wait to see more of the pineapple of world motorsports.

2008 F1 dates / schedule / calendar / results
Here is the 2008 Formula 1 Schedule and dates. After a messy year filled with scandal and controversy, f1 comes back with its 2008 season. Here you'll also find 2008 F1 dates, tickets, hotels near Formula one GP circuit venues and cities as well as Grand Prix results. This year the grand prix circuits has 2 new destinations, Singapore city downtown for night racing under lights and another temporary street circuit around the harbour at Valencia Spain (the new track is called Circuito Urbano) . Many of the older f1 travel destinations remain. Unfortunately, it looks like there'll always be a Monaco Grand Prix. Hopefully this new season will be the one to put an ounce of integrity and perhaps some family values back into this speed sport. (PS: woops, spoke too soon!) Check back here in October of 2008 for the 2009 F1 dates posting the moment I get word. Some 2009 F1 Dates are available, see bottom of this page.

Booboo does it again - Fined 2 spots for illegally cutting a corner for advantage, I guess it's better than crashing your multi million dollar F1 car into the back of your main competitor's stationary parked car to try to win a championship. (See Crash Video from Montreal (and a bunch more spectacular F1 Video clips). But hey, Boo Boo's still young and the only "boy" in motorsport who'll single handedly throw away 2 (so far) world championships, while better drivers suffer in lesser cars. Last 2 laps brought rain and the kind of mayhem that can only happen at Spa, and the kind of bad sportsmanship that can only get you number 22 and 23 on your car.

2009 F1 Season Rumours: will there be a 2009 F1 Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi? If you hear first you might want first shot at ( Abu Dhabi Hotels) Talk also of a return to the USA. What sort of mess will these boys make stateside this time? Will it be as bad as it was or will they do worse, like they did with MotoGP? Will 2009 be the last British Grand Prix at Silverstone. 2010 race gifted to Donington Park say Ernie and Spanky. Albert Park will languish in the poor house for another 7 years. So don't believe them when they try to sell you a ticket saying its the last gp ever! Which might be good advice for the Brit GP Gossip above. Also for 2010, the Formula One Zoo will return to the USA, but not to Indianapolis Motor Speedway , thank goodness!
