In my mind, and humble opinion, ALMS takes over from a now defunct Champ Car series as the premier high performance 4-wheel racing series in North America. With some of the most respected drivers in the world at the wheel of these amazing supercars, there's high potential for the growth of this awesome series in the hearts of the American Motorsport Public.
